Dates from early 1920's.
The sconces are made of patinated brass.
The vaseline tubular shades offers a very interesting lighting design.
The design pattern of this pair of sconces reminds us of the gothic revival / medieval style.
The sconces has been professionally restored, rewired and comes with all necessary attachments for modern installation.
We took a special care in the restoration process by hand waxing all the components to revive the finish and protect these valuable pieces for the years to come.
We are using the museum quality Renaissance micro-crystalline wax on all of our restoration projects.
CONDITION
The pair of sconces are in good antique condition. There is no cracks, breaks or major chips on the glass shades. Note that the glass shades may have small imperfections due to their age. There is some hairlines or what we could call very thin splits on 2 of the brass socket holders. Please refer carefully to the pictures.
